1. About these terms

This website is operated by Yiwu Zhuowai Trading Co., trading as Tiaroo Studio, Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang 322000, China ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you are under 18, please order with an adult.

3. Our products

Every Tiaroo item is handmade in small batches. Small differences in colour, shape, size, surface detail and filling distribution are normal and are part of how these items are made — they are not defects. Photographs are taken in natural light and colours may look slightly different on your screen. The feel ratings on each product page (softness, rebound, sound, texture, size, durability) describe the product as accurately as we can, but sensory preference is personal and we cannot guarantee that you will personally like a texture or scent.

4. Safety and age suitability

Our products are sensory fidget toys, not food. They are not suitable for children under 3 and should be kept away from babies and toddlers, who may put them in their mouths. Some items contain small beads, blocks or googly eyes that could come loose, and any of our items could present a choking hazard if a piece is torn free. Adult supervision is required for younger children. Do not bite, chew or cut our products, and keep them away from pets. If a product becomes torn, punctured or starts leaking, stop using it and dispose of it — the filling is not intended to be handled or ingested. If you have a known sensitivity to TPR, silicone, mineral oil or fragrance, please check with us before ordering.

5. Orders

When you place an order you receive an automated confirmation email. That email acknowledges your order; it is not our acceptance of it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the address is incomplete, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund you in full. Orders can be cancelled by you within 2 hours of placing them; see our Refund Policy.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your country. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We must receive payment in full before an order ships.

7. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility — we declare all parcels at their true value. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, product names and other content on this site belong to Yiwu Zhuowai Trading Co. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Using the site

Please do not misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with it, scrape it at volume, place fraudulent orders, or post reviews you know to be false.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you place your order.
