Follow your Tiaroo order from dispatch to delivery. Your shipping confirmation email includes your personal order-status link and tracking number once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Prefer to track through Shopify?

Sign in to your account to view your orders, or use the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email. Shopify may ask you to verify your email or phone number.

Not seeing an update?

We normally prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Carrier scans can take a few days to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email tiarobysierra@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number so we can help.
