How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days to the US and EU, and 7–12 business days within Asia. Tracking is included on every order.

What are the squishies made of?

We use skin-safe, non-toxic TPR and food-grade silicone. Every batch is checked by hand before it ships.

Will my squishy look exactly like the photo?

Almost — every piece is finished by hand, so slight differences in colour and shape are normal. That is what makes each one a little different.

How should I care for it?

Keep it away from direct sun and hot cars — heat softens the clear outer skin. Wipe with a damp cloth. A light dusting of talc keeps it from getting tacky.

Which one should I start with?

If you want the softest, slowest squeeze, start with Silky or Vaseline. If you like a loud, crisp feedback, go for Crunchy. Check the Squish Scale above for the full range.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. If checkout does not offer your country, message us and we will arrange it.

Can I return it?

Because a squishy goes straight into your hands, we cannot take change-of-mind returns. If yours arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — you do not have to ship it back.
